Geophysical Institute Director Bob McCoy addressed the Science and Technology Commitee for the North Atlantic Treaty Organizaiton (NATO) during its meeting in the Elvey Building's Globe Room Sept. 4. The committee, with representatives from 16 countries, heard reports from several UAF scientists about arctic issues of international importance.
